            "dct:description": "Dieser Datensatz enthält Daten zu Umleitungen von Arbeitsstellen im nachgeordneten Netz in Nordrhein-Westfalen. \r\n\r\n##Über den Datenlieferanten\r\nDer Landesbetrieb Straßenbau Nordrhein-Westfalen (Straßen.NRW) ist ein Teil der Landesverwaltung. Er plant, baut und betreibt die Bundes- und Landesstraßen im bevölkerungsreichsten Bundesland.\r\n\r\n##Datenlieferpflicht\r\nFür Straßenbaulastträger und zuständige Infrastrukturbetreiber (z. B. Autobahn GmbH, Straßen.NRW) gelten folgende Fristen zur Bereitstellung von Baustellendaten:\r\n\r\n- Statische Daten (z. B. geplante Arbeitsstellen mit Angaben zu Standort, Art der Maßnahme, Zeitraum und betroffene Fahrstreifen): Bereitstellung ab dem 1. Januar 2022 (gemäß Mobilitätsdatenverordnung) bzw. bis zum 1. Januar 2023 (gemäß Artikel 13 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2022/670 – RTTI)\r\n- Dynamische Daten (z. B. Beginn/Ende der Sperrung, aktuelle Verkehrsbeeinträchtigungen, kurzfristige Änderungen): Bereitstellung ab dem 1. Juli 2022 (MDV) bzw. bis zum 1. Januar 2025 (gemäß Artikel 16 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/670 – RTTI)",
